Don't think of it as "being in trouble." You really do need to get in there ASAP because a deep infection like that is VERY dangerous as you know.

I wouldn't wait very long for a return email. If you go into the ER they will CALL your doctor.

I'm sorry you've had such a hard time of late. Please do take care of that infection right away and keep us posted. You are very cared about here!!
