Kinda sorta, but not really. She diagnosed me with major depression and generalized anxiety disorder.

The depression is (or was) right, at least recently. I think it's more like dysthymia historically, with rare but recurrent depression. I'm not convinced about GAD. It just doesn't match the description in my view. I'm not a worrier. The biggest problem with both is that I have good reason to be totally stressed out and depressed, anyone would in my situation. It's not the worst by any means, but very difficult. Just as significant is that my health problems and medication contribute to both. Epilepsy and meds can cause both symptoms of depression and anxiety.
