Hi guys,
I'm here-bouncing around on the forum reading (and posting a little) then bouncing back off. So you guys are not alone.😬
I've been watching the grandkidlet as he is off from school for two weeks. I've made him my official "taster" of the food I am cooking. I made a spice cake today and he especially liked finishing off the mixing bowl after I poured the batter in the cake pan. That's a prerequisite for childhood, right? Cake turned out pretty good- especially since I "winged it" adding this and that.
Tomorrow I'll make two sides. Christmas Day I'll wrestle with a turkey again...and make more noodles. I made turkey and a pot of noodles for Thanksgiving, too. But daughter managed to drop the entire container of noodles and broth all OVER the kitchen last month.

So this holiday is a re-do.
I like cooking when I have a little energy. Not so fond of doing the dishes...mostly because I'm tired by then.
I'll be on the Couch Christmas Day, too...off and on.
(Omgosh, totally random- I noticed today that my thirteen y/o grandkid has hairy legs! He's becoming a man!

)
Wishing you a Merry Christmas for those who celebrate it. Hope you all have a relaxing and happy weekend.
