First off, wanted to say thanks to everyone here that has given me some peace of mind. It's much appreciated. This week I finished my spinal PT in excruciating pain. I was told that the weights I was lifting were so heavy that it may take weeks for the pain to start to lessen. I'm not extremely hopeful but we will see. Could use a little relief. Anyway, going to stay positive for the rest of this I promise

I hope everyone here can find a little relief and happiness at a time of the year when I know can be extremely hard when dealing with pain and depression. Try to at least take a few moments for theirselves wether that's reading a book, taking a bath, watching their favorite movie, or whatever.

And here's to a new year. Here's to being hopeful and positive in the new year and finding some positive changes in the new year. I know I struggle greatly with this one. But I will try my hardest to stay positive and focused in the new year for hopefully positive change .

It's been a long road for me and significantly longer road for some others here. But I personally find a lot of strength in knowing I'm not alone (and not crazy). Thanks everyone for the support!
