Sabrina: The rice dish had 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of water, with mushroom seasoning boiled for 20 minutes. On another element, take finely chopped sweet peppers (I like to mix the coloured sweet peppers) about three tablespoons, two finely chopped mushrooms and half of a medium onion finely chopped, and stir until softened in one tablespoon of olive or canola oil. When vegetables are softened, add them to the rice pot and leave to cook until rice is completed. Serve with favourite main course as a side dish or combine with beans to make a full vegetarian dish.
