As it turns out, the receipt needs to actually show the medical services, the amounts charged, and that it's been paid. It's for the IRS, so there's not much wiggle room.

But, I got an email from someone at the office, and they said no problem - they'll be printing and sending me a receipt. Fingers crossed that it goes smoothly!
