there are so many things going on at this time, the crazy weather, the crazies shooting people, crazies blowing theirselves up over religion,

believe me friends we are NOT crazy ... but the world sure is ...

this is Christmas, never mind what you believe or practice we can all agree it should be a time of love and peace ....

of sharing that love and peace .... but just not with others ... with ourselves as well ...

My Christmas wish , and your present to yourself, is to love yourself ... to come to peace with yourself ... if only for the one day ... do not feel guilt , do not blame yourself , do not judge yourself , do not belittle yourself ... this is a day set aside for you ... YOUR day ... a day to truly love yourself , to forgive yourself , to not look back but foward , to not dwell on what is or has been but to look too what could , no will be ...
