now that i'm back at school my doctor wanted to try me on the combination because i've been feeling "flat" emotionally on wellbutrin alone. today was the first day of it.. i only took 37.5 mg of effexor and 100 mg of wellbutrin. i've taken both of these medicines alone at separate times and never experienced any bad side effects while taking them (withdrawal is another story).

anyway, today since i've taken them i've felt really weird. i have really bad insomnia but as soon as I took them, i couldn't keep myself awake for more than 30 minutes, but then i just kept laying in bed and i'd wake and then go into a light sleep and wake up.. and that cycle went for about 2 hours, and now i'm still exhausted, but i also feel like drugged up, too.. i've never been "high" on illegal drugs, so i don't know if i'm explaining it right, but I just dont' feel normal. I feel wobbly and zoned out and i can't really focus well. also my hands and feet feel kinda numb, but they aren't asleep, so i don't know. i know it's only been one day, but this is really abnormal for me... i looked on some online searches and couldn't see anyone talking about the effects this medicine combo gives you
