I have a hard time, too. Try to remember that it doesn't have to be picture-perfect. You do what you can and it is okay. It's okay for your husband to do some of the heavy lifting when you can't find the strength.
I've been trying to remind myself that my feelings are okay. Even if I'm sad, or angry, or scared, that's how I feel and it's not Bad to feel that way.
You can be sad. The feeling will pass, and so will this day. Take gentle care of yourself today!
