I don't hate them (the two co-owners of the company I work at), but I no longer have any respect left for either of them. It has eroded to the point that I have to do something about my job. I have Monday off (using up vacation days) and Tuesday is the day. Not sure that I will still have a job after this meeting, but I don't care anymore. Their lack of management is causing severe problems all the way down the chain and we are losing customers. I am ready to snap (I may have already and don't know it?). I'm done.
