Jennifer ...sky is sooo correct. You can't get over what happened to you without professional help. I have been in and out of therapy the majority of my life...since age 15...now 58 yrs old. My current theapist is Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress and he has made a world of differenc in my personal world. This not to say that, 1) you need a BCETS, or 2) that there not many professional therapist in the world who can do just as great a job.

DO keep coming in there for for sharing and talking things out, and for words of support and comfort you will surely find among the members of this forum.
