It might be safe to infer that she's an incompetent dingbat. Try not to take it personally--if she wanted to drop you as a client, she'd say as much directly and give you a referral. She probably just forgot how to adult because it's the holiday season.

If you like her and have a good relationship, follow-up to ensure you have an appointment and tell her that her scheduling snafu makes you feel unwanted. If you aren't particularly attached I'd consider finding a different T.
