Alright so I've been through a ton this past year. But im feeling really great. I feel like I need to work on my eating habits.
I tend to binge eat somewhat. To get around this I just don't by any foods that cause me to binge. Sweets, chips, tortillas, breads etc or anything that's quick to cook like frozen pizza or hot pockets!
it's been mildly successful this way. But the problem is that I don't know what to eat. So I go through periods of not eating much to binging on garbage.
Sometimes I'll buy a little bit of something because I want to make a certain dish and I will end up just binging on the ingredient :'( like i wanted to make tacos but I binge ate all the tortillas.
Today I bought honey to use in making some dog biscuits. I used a little and now I've almost finished off the bottle. :-(
I'm a little overweight but not much. Like 5 or 10 lb over weight maybe. I'm 5'11 and about 195lb.
Any thoughts? Tips? Suggestions?
