This was one of the first books I read on Adult ADHD. Love the title huh?

I'm not sure if either of these is the whole book, but I know it's available online. I thought I bookmarked the source where I got it but I don't see it. Good book. Helped put a lot in perspective as did "Driven to Distraction" by Hallowell.

The diagnosis saved my life b/c I realized just how hard everything had been for me up until medication. When I started on meds, my first thought was, "So this is ow the other half lives."

I couldn't believe the lack of NOISE in my head. They don't work as well as they did when I started, but I'm still worlds better than I was.
