So thats 2 meals. My third meal will be a big salad or microwaved veggies - last night i heated up two bags of brussels sprouts - one plain, one "seasoned", then mixed them together. So its still kind of a binge, cuz its a large amount, but hey its veggie.
Like with the meatballs, i will heat them up with a half can of veggie chili (quinoa and black beans).
Im pretty much one bowl meals. I live alone. A snack then will be fruit or nuts. I try not to get too hungry. I do need to exercise more. I make iced tea by just putting 3 tea bags, like a green tea, a lady grey, and a honey vanilla camomile, in a 32 ounce reusable water bottle and set it in the freezer for ten minutes. Or i use crystal lite grape or lemon or tangerine mango.
But i also have a cup or two of cocoa / coffee every day. And chocolate in some other form at least twice a week.

Wow sounds a lot like me. I've been doing the paper plate thing. It helps me a lot. I was doing hard boiled eggs for a while too. I felt really good when I was in that phase lol
I guess I just need to take another inventory of foods that I won't binge and make recipes based on that.
One thing I started doing (and didn't realize) was substituting salt for foods i liked. I was getting all poofy, bloated and swollen and it was because of the salty foods and plain salt o was eating.
OK thanks for your input. I have renewed zeal now :-D
