my therapist and I did say Merry Christmas to each other . then I talked to her again last Tuesday night cuz I requested for her to do the county voucher system for me cuz I can't trust Medicaid services w their transportation services cuz they messed up on the three appointments that I had with my therapist over summer this year. she told me Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and also happy healing cuz I had pinkeye and a corneal abrasion on my right eye .









Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds : Cymbalta 60 mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia with an additional 25 mgs=75 mgs when up past 1:00 in the morning
