OT Thanks for your mention of dumb blonde jokes. I've had an issue with them being allowed here in the social forum. I can't comprehend how a site so supportive in all manner of things can't see through the general hurt of falling in with the ignorant when putting someone down just because of the color of their hair. The jokes (dumb blonde ones) are just as funny when told without the reference, to me, but I guess it's the people who need to make fun of a specific other that need that reference?

I think a good discussion of how to deal with our shortcomings, infirmities warrants it's own thread? PC is a large "support group" isn't it?

But absolutely continue to share here if it's a support group for physical issues that mess up our minds that you're relating to us about. I used to go to an MS Society support group, and it just didn't work out for me. EVERYONE had someone to help them, usually a family member (spouse?) and that made it so they just couldn't relate to my doing this alone, and I couldn't garnish much from their issues either,having to put up with someone that just doesn't understand sometimes I left that group. I try to go instead to an informational group.
