PS - It's also important to accept that other dissociated parts of you may not have the same knowledge of Bible standards or the faith and conviction that you do. Other parts of you may not be present when you study the Bible or go to church. So don't engage in self-hate or punish yourself for mistakes that you may make when you are dissociated. The important thing is just to do your best to live as a Christian, not to be perfect.

The more that you learn about your dissociated parts and work with them, the easier it will be to feel united in your beliefs and goals over time. Be patient with yourself. And if you are not in therapy with a mental health professional who understands DID or DDNOS, I would encourage you to find one.
