im so sorry all of this has happened to you and your family. your nephew is lucky to be alive by the sound of it! 7000 volts! wow. it would be fantastic if the doctors could 'replace' his thumb like that to give him more dexterity. its really amazing the things they can do. i am sending positive thoughts his way as well as for your dad with his biopsy. that must be very scary for you. please do try to be kind and gentle to yourself through this. i will keep you in my thoughts.
