The fact your father is yelling at you and your mother constitutes abuse. The fact that you and your mother have to leave is abuse. I think a domestic violence shelter will take those things into consideration. I had to leave my house a few years ago because my ex-fiance was drunk and emotionally abusive. The shelter here let me and my daughter stay until I can get the cops to evict my ex-fiance out of my house.
