Been on it since 2012. Started out on 900 to control mania. Then tried 1800 to help with depression it didn't. Went back to 900 (took AD for depression).
Thirsty a lot.
Cognitive dysfunction as furiousfever pointed out.
Weight gain. I gain almost forty lbs.
No sexual side effects at all!! My libido is off the chain on just Lithium
