I've never actually heard the thing about food releasing a dopamine rush, but I guess certain foods can definitely be rewarding. When I said suppressed appetite though, I mean that when I'm on my medication, I have to force feed myself because food is SO unappealing. It's the complete opposite problem of someone who has trouble controlling their food intake - it's tricky to get enough healthy calories to keep from losing too much weight.

Okay. Is it prescription or over-the-counter stuff? I prefer not to get prescription because of fear of parents saying "no" so.
