This challenge was posted on another site I belong to, and I've decided I'm going to try it, even though it makes me very uncomfortable.

The idea is, when you first wake up in the morning, and look at yourself in the mirror for the first time, to look yourself in the eyes, and say "I love you." out loud. The idea is to do it every day for a year.

The thought of doing it, right now, makes me want to cry, which tells me I probably really need to do it.

Anyone want to join me? We could post updates on how it's going.
