I'm going to write an email to Mom, Dad, and Husband:

Seeing as Mom and I just can't get along, I am deferring the matter of financial support to Husband. Leave me out of it.

Mom's last smack in the face comment "Do you get some kind of joy by making me miserable?", and her refusal to communicate and apologize was the last straw.
