I decided to write out some ground rules for my alters. I wasn't being mean, just having boundaries. 1. It's unacceptable to embarrass me publicly 2. You cannot throw temper tantrums and get the police called on me 3. You cannot try to seduce men outside of walgreens. 4. You cannot try to sabotage or hurt me in any way. 5. You must listen to authority (nurses, doctors, police, etc)

Does this sound too demanding? I am just going through a lot with them right now, and soon I head for treatment, but they need to know boundaries in order to respect the nurses and doctors and therapists at the treatment center in Florida.
