To be honest, I hate it when they give you the "this is normal" line. Yes, it may be normal across all humans, but it may not be your particular normal.

Technically I qualify for bradycardia because my normal heartrate is below what is the normal range. So when my heartrate rises into the normal range, it feels like it is racing. And when it gets to the high end of normal, I feel like I want to pass out.

I think its good that you're monitoring your own heartrate over time. Don't let any doctor convince you that everything is a-o-k simply because you're in a normal range. Again, what matters most is what is normal for YOU!
