I've lost about 30 in the last few months, but not through the healthiest of habits. I have about 10 more to lose until I'm in the overweight (instead of obese) BMI category. That's what I'm trying to focus on now. Ideally, maybe I could lose about 30 more and be in the healthy category, but one thing at a time!

My husband wants to lose some weight too, so we are doing the 21 Day Fix diet from Beachbody (basically just portioned lean protein, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats and a few carbs.) I know I can't physically do the rigorous exercise that goes along with that program, so I'm hoping to do a short walk with maybe some jogging each day, and a little bit of light weight lifting. I'm nervous about sticking with it but I want to try. I don't feel very motivated to do much these days (depression) but I'm hoping I can make it rote habit and just do it anyway! Maybe it will help lift my spirits; who knows.

Good luck to everyone attempting to lose weight. I know it can be very challenging, but it's nice to see other goals posted here and know you're not alone.
