In a session I usually don't realize what my thoughts are. Later I react to what happened. Sometimes I feel angry then. Sometimes I can work through my anger or other feelings and then do not feel angry or confused. But then I regress again to confusion and fear. And the cycle starts over.
It does appear that I am making progress. The depth of confusion is less over time, and I am able to work through it again. Until it returns...
