Hi Narim,

Try not to do too much reading on different illnesses. I have done that in the past and diagnosed myself with cancer when it wasn't .

I will say though, that if your depression is more than you think is normal then it wouldn't hurt to go see someone and just talk things out. This could be something as simple as a few sessions to put perspective on it. If you are having trouble eating, sleeping, or being present in school for more than a couple of weeks I would really go talk to someone. Even if it's a school counselor at first.
