New Years and the holidays can be so hard for those of us who suffer depression. I feel I am beginning to come out of a two and a half year long battle with depression. I feel like I was in a black hole for two and a half years. My hope and prayer is for the self-confidence to achieve things in life.

I constantly pray for all of you here, and my hope and prayer for 2016 is that everyone here on this forum can overcome the pain, misery, anxiety, and depression that hurts so much; and that everyone here can find a way to a happy, fulfilled, and productive life.
