Hey couch. This morning I finally made it back around to hang out with my shamanic group, haven't seen them in awhile, not really sure why come to think of it. I have missed them!! It felt so calming and relaxing, being there again, that during the first journey I went pretty deep and really drifted there for a bit... aware only of being surrounded by healing light.... when the callback came I wondered if I'd actually fallen asleep for a few!! Now I'm finishing my laundry, cuz I have to work tomorrow as my 6th day for next week. And cooking spaghetti at the same time. I feel so at peace this afternoon it is lovely.
