I think I set one today? She ran WAY over, at 25 minutes past my appointment, her and her client were laughing together and I walked right out. I am SO not an assertive person, but I was pissed. She called me a few minutes later saying when she looked at the clock, she read it as a half-hour in, instead a hour and a half in. She apologized profusely, but I still missed the appointment. She promised to set timers in the future.
