By threads, do you mean a forum as part of a social group? I do know you have to be in the group to post in the forum.

Social Groups can be private or public. You can also set your group, if you mean a social group that is, so that only members can view the posts.

You can make it "invite only" or "moderated"--those two allow you control on members that join.

If you mean a chat room, regarding 5 members needed, then that's something else I don't know about, LOL.

Oh. xD So I need a lot before I can make a thread? Hmm. So some people are saying 5, some are saying 20-25, so I guess I'll see when 5 comes up. xD
