I can't stand them either. People are so fake and all evaluative and stuff. It's like they need an excuse and don't even care really about the origin of the holiday. I told one guy at the convenience store down at the corner that the spiritual holidays are not accurate in terms of historical timing. Like these things were just invented in the past few hundred years. See, he was trying to get me onto his belief system and said now was the perfect time. This is the reason I would rather avoid the darned holidays.
