HAPPY, HEALTHY and a little WEALTHY 2016!!!

Hi huns. Well, I'm very sorry to be the carrier of bad unwanted tidings BUT, yep, as everybody has said ~~ the only way to successfully keep weight off (note I didn't say loose it as we all can do that fast) is by really trying to find any safe tactics that work for you. Yes, the loss may take longer but, if done slowly the body eventually won't be storing every single morsel you send into it. It thinks it's on starvation mode, especially if that's all you've ever done. HOLD MY OWN HAND UP TO ALL OF ABOVE! I do totally ''get it'', like how good you feel when you've gone all day without eating BUT, here's where starving kicks in. Could be via that when you get home youre SOOOOO hungry, you stuff everything and anything into your mouths without even chewing. Then you stand a gaze at the mess and get so darn angry. I'm not a Dr or medical person but what helps me is before eating, I pour a glass of either orange/mandarin juice with bits or Tomato juice (all fresh pressed). It makes me just hold back for 5 minutes. I then find I won't scoff whatever's in the fridge or larder!!! Plus these things really are good for you. I don't juice as I detest the green goo from the veg juice. I eat the veg instead. OK, I sure do 'lapse', I mean, I have 30 years of serious ED's behind me, and I'm not getting any younger. Sometimes I just wanna binge for binge's sake, so I then take the dog for a walk, sometimes works!! OK, Take care, and live healthy n happy. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
