I'm loosing weight, painfully slowly but steadily. I started seeing a dietitian in Sept. and at that point weighed 2018. Since then I've lost 15 lb, down to 203. My first goal is to get to below 200. My ultimate target is to get down to around 240-250.
I'm focussing on a combination of following Canada's food guide and having a daily calorie target. I've just started walking in the mornings and can only do 15 minutes, but am hoping to slowly build that up to an hour.
