i don't think you should quit therapy.

your therapist can teach you coping methods, and help you with issues- issues which you may not even know you have. talking and getting insight is great for healing, and i encourage you to continue going

of course, ultimately, it's your life and your dicission.

but therapy is a really good tool to have. don't waste it
