I don't think I can ever leave a session. I wouldn't be able to show my face again in therapy again. I know he does it so that he's sure I won't do anything bad to myself ... but I still would have loved to leave. He told me I could if I really felt the need to... but if I ever did, we'd have to talk about it the next time, and I really don't want that.
