My appetite has been non existent the last few weeks. While most have been stuffing themselves with food and drink I've been sat barely able to eat a sandwich.
I've felt extremely low and I think of it is the stress on our mind and body. I used to be a comfort eater but these days I'm a happy eater so it makes sense that I don't want food.
I've been living off caffeine free fizzy drinks which I am.fully aware is no good for me but at least I can manage these drinks so I'll go with it for now. It won't last forever.
