just here felling better than yesterday. had some energy today did some chores and well took a nap so i guess you could say i am on the down swing. re started my meds guess it will take a while to get back up on my feet what you might call normal. hubby working nights dose not help i feel so alone. no i don't want to hurt my self just feel so frustrated about everything going on in my life money kids husband. don't even enjoy the little things any more obsesed with my wieght been on this raw food diet its working but its all i can think about how i am no where near the person i once was.-onyx
