I told T I expected her to say "you know what. I've had enough. I've had enough of your moaning".
I added that I'm sure beneath the ethics she'd often wish she could just tell me to shut up, stop moaning.
T said that even if she did have those feelings, we'd talk about them. But she said, "but that's not the work you and I do here. You don't bring that into the room ".
I said what do you mean? T said, well the work with you is very early fundamental stuff. She said, we all know those kind of people who never think anything is their fault, that things always goes wrong for them.
I said, oh yes, I work with people like that. T said, yes, but that sort of thing isn't you.
