I was on dosages from 800 to 1200 mg. But it's all about the 'blood lithium level' and not about the dosage you take.

I took it for unipolar depression. It didn't work, and I didn't have side effects. Not even toxicity, even though I barely/didn't drink for a while while on it (I was psychotic and thought drinking (as in, consuming liquids - not alcohol) would make me immortal and given that I wanted to die..).
