I know you had to come off Zyprexa but could you try low dose to see if it helps you sleep without messing with your cholesterol? I don't know if that is related to the dose but it seems like it should be and I've heard even a little Zyprexa can be sedating (for me it did nothing; on 10 mg I wasn't even tired and that combined with seroquel and a bunch of other stuff so I have no real personal experience since I only took it a few days before being hospitalized because of being impossible to treat at home at that point.
