More or less you just have to evaluate the frequency of the symptoms and if they persist through you're life outside of depression/anxiety episodes.
If you have really bad anxiety then learn coping skills to deal with anxiety before taking stimulants. If I take stimulants and am really stressed for whatever reason it just makes the anxiety 10000 times worse. *__*!!

I don't really have episodes of anxiety. It's just constant. I don't remember a time where I wasn't anxious.
I want to help this because I think it's making my anxiety worse because I tend to procrastinate, and then maybe hand stuff late and I HATE late, so this is a pretty big issue.
BUT I know and understand that stimulants tend to increase anxiety unless the anxiety is secondary to AD/HD, then it would be fine.
Thanks for the response
