Working NOC shift might be okay if you stick to a nighttime schedule on your days off. That's hard to do because you want to be awake when your family and friends are, but it's pretty much the only way to remain stable when you're on 11-7. One of the quickest way to de-stabilize is to mess with meds/sleep schedule. Better think long and hard about moving to third shift.
