The "alarming and confusing mishmash" answer comes closest for me.

I don't think my main T knew what she was doing. Consciously she was probably trying to avoid it, but unconsciously she was inducing it big time, because it fed her own deepest needs. Still not sure who got more therapy.

With prior T's it wasn't really an issue, but then those experiences were entirely benign.
