Well back from the doc. I have a yeast infection, and the growth is like a hair follicle infection. All worried for nothing. Now I have meds to take for 10 days and home treatment to do, more challenging than I want but I'll do my best. Heat pads and warm soaks in the tub (4 times a day). Um I'm working now, 3 is lucky to make. IMO.
