Snow day, that's the word! Thanks, guys. They are a rarity down here, especially school-wide. Yesterday a couple of classmates couldn't get to school because the trains weren't riding because of freezing rain, but the freezing rain wasn't so bad that those who get to school by bike, taxi or bus couldn't get to/from school. Today it was. We were at school and were told to go home else we probably wouldn't be able to get home.

Maybe we'll have to take the test we missed today and might miss tomorrow (it's test week) on Friday, if the weather is better by then - else we would have Friday off. But around here missing a day of lessons usually just means you have to work harder in your remaining lessons - nothing about making them up in your vacation!
