Hmm. This could be interesting. My husband was employee of the month earlier this year. The way the hotel does it is that the 12 employees of the month are then candidates for employee of the year. Employee of the year gets a one-week stay at any Four Seasons in the U.S. along with travel expenses and spending money. My husband won this about 15 years ago or so, and we went to Boston and had a marvelous time.

Well, the employee of the year banquet is next Monday, and Scott wasn't really planning on attending as he thought it was in the evening and getting there isn't easy for him, etc. Pretty much every department manager, the general manager, the human resources manager, etc. has asked him today if he is attending the banquet. He said he wasn't because he couldn't get there. Interestingly enough, suddenly the banquet has become an employee celebration luncheon so that he will already be at the hotel and can attend.

Hmm. I could go for a vacation. I'm thinking Vail sounds relaxing. They better not be setting him up for nothing.
