I'm back at it with a new set of healthy living goals:
1. Workout 3-6 times per week.
2. Try the Aqua Fit class at the gym.
3. Drink more water.
4. Eat mostly healthy and track calories on MyFitnessPal.
We'll see how it goes...
I did try Aqua Fit this morning - it was a great cardio workout and it went by fast because it was fun!
